Hi. My name is Julia Norman. I am the Director of Development here at Macon Volunteer Clinic, and I really enjoy using DonorPerfect online forms. I love that it integrates with our CMS system and that it helps me to know that all of our donations that are made through our online forms are automatically uploaded into that client profile or that donor profile. I find the forms really easy to design and manage. It’s really easy to share a link with people the update for online forms for the free version has been just amazing. And if it was something that we used online forms quite a lot, I would definitely want to upgrade to that paid version. But the one that’s included with our membership has been really fully functional and all that we really need. And so I really appreciate that. The other thing that I’m very impressed with with DonorPerfect is the customer service. I am not as tech savvy as a lot of people, and so sometimes I encounter problems with just exactly how I’m supposed to do what and customer service has always been so incredibly responsive and helped me understand the process of what was happening and why it was happening so that I could effectively manage all of our donors. We’re very pleased with DonorPerfect, and we’ll continue to use it because it integrates with our entire system. So so well. So thanks DonorPerfect for being great. Applause.
