Horsham, PA, September, 22, 2009 — SofterWare, Inc. has again been named as one of the 500 largest software and service providers in Software Magazine’s 27th annual rankings. As a leading provider of fundraising and donor management software, as well as administrative software for daycare centers, schools and camps, SofterWare was ranked 362nd overall, which is 17 places higher than 2008.

“We are once again pleased to be recognized by Software Magazine,” said Douglas Schoenberg, SofterWare CEO. He added, “Our strong growth during this period of economic challenge continues to be a testament to the hard work of our dedicated employees, and our commitment to helping our customers achieve greater productivity and professionalism with products and services that provide an outstanding value.”

“The 2009 Software 500 results show that revenue growth in the software and services industry was healthy, with total Software 500 revenue of $491.3 billion worldwide for 2008 representing 8.8% growth from the previous year,” says John P. Desmond, editor of Software Magazine.

SofterWare’s 22.9% growth rate outpaced the industry average and was in the top 50% in revenue growth for all software companies. Mr. Schoenberg noted, “We expect our business to continue to perform well with the release of new versions of our software, which are already receiving high praise from our clients and independent organizations (such as the NTEN/Idealware Fundraising Software Comparison).
