I work for WKU Public Broadcasting. My name is Billy Adkins. And we raise money for National Public Radio and PDS. Mainly we have a database of our donors that give through pledge drives and direct mail. We have a lot of monthly givers. And I found we use Donor Perfect very much for monthly giving. We mainly use direct mail for soliciting our monthly but we also devote a lot of time during our pledge drive to. So we have an advantage because we’re on air talking to people. We ask them to join as a sustainer or monthly donor. Well, it’s very friendly software. It’s very easy to use and have a great support group. It’s always there not only just by phone, but you they have a lot of called what’s called knowledge base there that you can go to for any of your problems. So it’s, it’s just very easy to use. It’s allowed us to be more to do our acknowledgments quicker. It has the merging and everything that’s there for us. It’s very easy to make everything happen.
