My name is Brooke Barnard. I’m the development director at spelt with theater. We are an arthouse cinema located in Nashville, Tennessee. Our mission is to engage, enrich and educate through innovative film programming in our historic theater, in our community and beyond. We use agile ticketing as our point of sale and we being a movie theater we show films 365 days a year we also have a membership program and we have an online donation form. So our patrons are able to at the box office and online purchase tickets or just memberships donate to our organization and that’s all done through agile ticketing. Agile ticketing is seamlessly integrated with DonorPerfect so we are able to capture all of our patrons and members and donors through agile directly into DonorPerfect. The benefit of having this integration between agile ticketing and DonorPerfect it’s a time saver, we don’t have to manually input any information, any of our donor information, we’re able to keep track of everything seamlessly and and without without error. There’s so many things that I like about doing or perfect it’s really hard to it’s really hard to begin we just finished a capital campaign and reopened our theater after being closed for a six month renovation. And our we’re seeing a lot of new members come through and every morning I come into the theater and I sit at my computer I opened during a perfect and I look to see how many new members we’ve had from the night before so that’s kind of been my favorite thing right now is just to see that on my dashboard and see how many new and renewed memberships that we have for the day before all memberships are purchased through agile and that
relatively instantly shows up and DonorPerfect there might be a few minutes delay but it’s it’s pretty instant. So once a new donor or member or renewed member purchases that membership online or at the box office it is it’s right there and DonorPerfect. Each month we pull a report from DonorPerfect to do our receiving the very easy button there where you can do the bathroom seats and and then we send those out. I’ve attended many webinars for DonorPerfect over the last year and I find them to be so very helpful. And I I love to continue to learn all the new ways that you can utilize DonorPerfect and I swear I learned something new every time I attend one of those. The DonorPerfect client conference has been really wonderful. I’m excited about a lot of the new
features that we’ll be rolling out in the coming weeks I suppose. I’m really excited about the the new report builder the easy Report Builder I think that’ll save a lot of time and and just make it a little more user friendly. And that’s very exciting. I regularly recommend DonorPerfect. I attend an art house convergence every year. It’s all of our Art House colleagues get together. And since we’re kind of unique in that we show films 365 days a year we have a ticketing program and we have so many colleagues that do the same program that we do. I always recommend the Agile DonorPerfect combination because for us it’s just been a huge time saver and really great for reporting and and just keeping everything straight.
