Hi I’m Carolyn crane, I work at even autism services foundation. My title is Development Associate and donor information specialist. The mission of Eden autism is to improve the lives of people with autism. One individual time, one family at a time, one community at a time, we ran a capital campaign to raise $7 million. And one of the donors prospect donors, we use the wealth prospect search, and realize that instead of a small five figure donation, they were capable of much higher. And we asked them for the higher amount and we got a higher five figure mount. And we’ve had a very successful capital campaign, we did reach the $7 million when slightly over. And then this year, the same donor gave us a mid size six figure donation. We liked donor search, because we can click on to a donor and click on donor searching, it updates the record. And it gives us where we should be asking and how we should be approaching the donor. The features I like in DonorPerfect are I like your flags, I like it’s easy to add different fields, we have a constituency field, where we can find that if a person’s a family member, and other family member, Corporation and other individual. You know, we can put who referred them to us. It’s very easy. I when I started with the organization five years ago, within three weeks, I was figuring out how to do all the different fields and everything in DonorPerfect and your support team is that much. Excellent. I enjoy the client conference. My only problem is sometimes I’m gonna go to sessions at the same time. But everything everybody here is wonderful. They explain things very well. They’re very good about answering questions. And if you have more questions, they will meet with you afterwards, which is really very, very helpful. I would recommend DonorPerfect. Because there’s so much information you can pull out of it. It’s not just a matter of putting the data in. You pull the reports all the time for board reports. For membership reports we can show them who’s been giving how much has been giving we can compare year to year and it’s very easy to pull the reports out of
