I am Dawn Powell and I work with the Humane Society of Charlotte. We are an organization that are rescuing puppies or animals, excuse me that people can no longer take care of. And we try to find them homes, match, make sure that they are a perfect fit for the homes. I’m the gift processing associate, which means all of the donations that come in, come to me. It does keep all of our data with all of our donors. So I’m constantly in DonorPerfect putting in our monthly givers amounts and using it to send out our thank you letters, our tributes, birthday letters to different people that are made in their honor. It helps with just pulling the data out for different things. I had a gentleman who lost his sister in law, who called recently and he just wanted to send out thank you letters to everyone that had made in her honor. So I was able to go in DonorPerfect and pull that report out and send that to him very easily. So yes. I would say that this is a good system, and I would recommend it especially with just coming here and actually meeting people without just talking to them on the phone and everyone. It’s not the phony friendly, I guess you would say it’s more like general genuine. I love you know, I love that experience. So I would definitely recommend
