Using our extensive library of searchable resources, you can make the most of your DonorPerfect system by viewing solutions and knowledge articles. Even access specific topics series we’ve set up to help you. Need to contact support? Clicking the “submit a case to support” button gives you the option to either email your question or chat instantly with a member of our customer support team. Then, check to see the case’s status within your case history and click to see its details. Easily access and edit your account information. View all of your contacts, and add some new ones. Take a look at your open invoices; and if you want to pay one, simply click “pay invoice now” and use the online form to make a payment.
