Kathleen clabby And my, I’m a patron relations manager for the National repertory orchestra in Breckenridge, Colorado. And our mission is to change lives through music. I’ve been with the company for about three years. And shortly after starting with them, they decided to switch their donor database for me tapestry to DonorPerfect online. And I helped with that process. And I was basically in charge of making sure that process was successful in maintaining the database from then on. Good, yeah, I mean, it was tricky in spots, because the data that we had in a tapestry wasn’t necessarily kept the best way. So we had some challenges with bringing over some unclean data from one database to the other. But we had a representative from DonorPerfect online that guided us through the whole process and helped us make sure that we got started off on the right foot with everything, the way we needed it to be in DonorPerfect. We do everything from multi appeal letters throughout the year to events, the gallows, things like that. So we use DonorPerfect for donations that come in off our off of our website. And for any analyzing of data that we need to get lists to do any type of appeal letter invite lists for events and things like that. We use web link. And prior to that we didn’t have any real integration with our donor database and our website and having a form. So we had a form, but it was just a website form that you know, collected the data and emailed it to us, but it didn’t live within a database. And you didn’t have the opportunity to really personalize your donor form all that much. So with web link, we’ve been able to put our logo on their brands it make it look unique and inviting. Link it to our website and then easily integrate the information back in the DonorPerfect. I do I do. It’s convenient. If you’re out on the road, and you need need somebody’s phone number, you can contact somebody, any of our board members, at particular donor, if you find yourself in that area, or you want to contact them and you’re not in front of your computer, it’s been handy. That way. You can look at general recording as well, and get a quick snapshot of what’s going on. Yeah, so I it was great, especially when we were first getting started with DonorPerfect. Because we had, I mean, there’s the countless webinars that you can do. But you also had an hour or so of one on one training to kind of address your, your specific needs and what you need. But especially with weblink I’ve had I was having challenges because I was learning as I went, watched some informational videos online, but then if I ever had a question of something specific that I wanted to do, I could always call the support line and get help relatively quickly. So it’s great
