My name is Kay carne. I am the office administrator for Brian current ministry. And our mission is to reach God’s people in love care. And prophetically, we are extremely excited about that the things that we’ve been through throughout the year trying to get DonorPerfect up and running, making sure that we knew everything that was going on. And to know that it actually worked. And that we were recognized this morning, we’re extremely excited about that we’ve already sent emails to everyone. While we were able to use Constant Contact, to send emails to all of our constituents, we had a database that we imported into DonorPerfect, we were able to make sure that all our constituents were reached, or allowed to understand how to make donations every day, because we have donations coming in daily with all of our campaigns that we do, even at our conferences that we have, we use DP mobile, so we’re able to even import them that way. The constituents love that because they’re able to add it to their profile, and they’re like, Oh, you already have my name. This is so exciting. So all of those things were able to contribute to that award. Support and Training has been amazing. Every time I call they walk me through it. Sometimes I feel like I’m being redundant because I’m calling sometimes, because maybe I forgot what they told me before. But they do it the same way. Every time. They’re patient. They even go in and walk them like how do you know what I see right now, but they’re able to see exactly what I’m doing what I need, and they make it happen for me. And it’s amazing. I call them all the time. I think I have them on speed dial. Our ministry, which is Brian Carr ministries, profit Brian Karn has now began a church. So we have recommended him to use DonorPerfect for the church. So right now we’re helping him to get it started through his ministry, outside of Brian Karn ministries, as well as a bunch of other ministries that he’s connected to. So they’re really asking about it. They love the buzz. What is this DonorPerfect thing? What is this DonorPerfect thing. And we love talking about it. And we recommend it to all the ministries that we come in contact with. The main thing I tell them is that if you’re able to touch your constituents, you’re able to connect with them immediately. You’re able to see what they’re giving, you’re able to send them thank yous, you’re able to let them know that it’s not just a donation, that you’re you really appreciate it, you’re able to, you know, be able to update things when they call in because we get a lot of constituents that call in want to update their card information. And they’re like, Oh, you can do it. You could change my expiration date you can. So just being able to function in that capacity. It makes our jobs a lot easier and saves us a lot of time. Yes, I would definitely recommend DonorPerfect.
