Hi. My name is Pam Lippitt, and I’m the Assistant Director of the Friends of Duvdevan. Our nonprofit brought me in as the first hire for the organization in December of 2023 at that point, everything was just done on Google Sheets and nothing was properly recorded for a few months, I tried to use a free version of a CRM that was more sales based. I tried to kind of make it work for us, but it really didn’t. After reviewing three or four different CRMs for nonprofits, I settled in and suggested to the organization that we use DonorPerfect. I could not be happier. I think the thing I liked the most was that there was a trial import and then about a 45 minute call to make sure everything was coming in smoothly. And no matter what I asked, the answer was, “Oh, of course, we can do that. We’ll just code it in the back end.” It saved hours in the conversion process. I am so glad we paid for the conversion. I think I’d still be doing the converting myself if we hadn’t. I have to say to a person, everyone I have spoken to has been polite, has known the answers or on the rare time they don’t, they get back to me with the information we need. I could not be happier with our choice. I really recommend DonorPerfect. Your staff is fabulous, and anyone who is thinking about moving over to a donor centric CRM, should really give DonorPerfect a major look. Support is everything, and your support has been fantastic.
