I’m Shari home. I’m director of development for Stoneridge. Retirement Living, we have four campuses, where we serve senior adults. I’ve been using DonorPerfect about five years. And that was the installed version, we switched to the online version one year ago. Well, I travel as I said, our company has four campuses, so I travel around to different campuses. Plus, I work a lot at home, I have the capability of doing that. So it was nice for me to go the online version, because I could access it anywhere via the internet. Well, I’ll tell you, we just merged a new company in a year ago. And now with DonorPerfect, we can segment our donations per company, and keep everything separate. So people who want to give to this company that separate from other people and give to that company. So that was a really big asset for us. And as we grow, because we’re going to be taking on more companies. So I hear. So that’s a really important thing for us. The other thing, for me using DonorPerfect is the customer service is just top notch, and everyone’s very helpful. And because I get myself in these little jams, I just call that phone number. And, and they just walk you right through it. So that’s really good. I’m very excited about the new features that we’re seeing here at the conference in New reporting. Because I don’t do so much at the functionality as my assistant does. But I’m responsible for reporting to the CFO and the CEO and the CEO. They all want to see those reports and how we’re growing and what we’re doing. So the the various features of that DonorPerfect has really suit our needs a lot. The company that we brought on, used an old, an old software program wasn’t even supported anymore. So it was a real dinosaur. So we didn’t know how that whole thing was going to go. And the DonorPerfect staff was wonderful, very reassuring. I was of course scared that we were going to lose data somewhere along the line. And they not only helped me bring the data over in a very efficient manner, but also helped me clean up a lot of our records. We had, like 14,000 records and 7000 of them were people who never gave anything ever. So we found that, you know, they might have been volunteers or auxilary people or something. I think they stored a lot of names in the DonorPerfect database. So we clean that all lives. So we had a nice fresh system more current to work with. But yeah, they were wonderful. They’re wonderful because I was in a panic. Being a senior retirement community, we send out an appeal in the fall, we have a Christmas event that we do. And that goes toward a separate project. We was we raise money last year for the at the one community for Christmas gifts for the residents that are in personal care and skilled nursing care. We also are an organization that provides benevolent care, so that when our seniors run out of money we provide for them through financially. And so each company that that is involved in DonorPerfect right now has that benevolent care piece. So we appeal to our donors to support our benevolent care for each company. So that’s where it became really key on how we could keep it designated per community because we knew that people in Carlisle wanted their money to go to the residents in Carlisle and vice versa
