Hello. My name is Conrad, and I work with DonorPerfect daily in my work with a arts education nonprofit here in Denver, Colorado, some of my favorite features of DonorPerfect include the robust Report Builder, so I’m able to really easily customize the data that my team wants and needs to see. I also really appreciate the ability to assign contacts to different people, different members of the team, because this has really helped organize the donor stewardship efforts that we have. The data that you can input into DonorPerfect can get really granular, so the solicitation codes are really helpful to quickly categorize the different gifts that we have coming in. Again, it can get really detailed and expansive in DonorPerfect, and at first it can be daunting. So that really gets to the heart of why I recommend DonorPerfect, and that’s the the chat support feature and the knowledge base, the chat support feature is something that I use frequently, and every time that I use it, I reach assistance on the other side that is incredibly detailed, knowledgeable and friendly, and I feel like I’m able to get through the problems faster and get back to the work that as an organization, we’re trying to do. Within my organization, we we have assigned me as The Wiz of DonorPerfect, and DonorPerfect has made that really easy because of their knowledge base. Their knowledge base is a collection of resources, of videos, articles, and it’s really expansive. It’s all included in the price of subscribing to DonorPerfect, and again, it’s made it really easy to become an expert and fully utilize this tool. We’re really happy with DonorPerfect, and we’ve been offered to try different CRMs, but we’re sticking with DonorPerfect.
