Hi. I’m Lisa Sobel Berlow. I’m the engagement specialist at Jewish Family and Career Services in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re a comprehensive social service agency. What I really like about it is that it’s very easy to get a 360 view of your donors, whether they’re just straight financial donors, or whether they’re donors of their time as a volunteer or a board member. So being able to capture all of that information is vitally important for organizations these days, especially in the field of the future, to be able to figure out, when’s the right ask, or what’s the right time to move somebody into a leadership role. Having all that information in one system makes it very efficient. I really liked the social integration that really helped us to see whether they’re connecting with us on Facebook or Twitter. It also helps us to know what information they are valuing. So that we know what our messaging should be. I also like that you can connect different family members into one sort of record. So if you have a family like we have in Louisville, where we have many generations giving to our organization, you can track that. And that’s really helpful for us to know who’s related to whom, and know how to make those connections, so that the whole organization has a relationship with each donor that we have. We call the support all the time, because many different people in our organization are using the DonorPerfect system. So Paul is our best friend. And I’ve done a couple of webinars, just dipping my toe into the system. Since I’m new to the organization, the system is very easy to utilize. And as a new user, it’s very easy to become an expert very quickly because it’s very user friendly. You’ve got great demos online. The webinars are really informative. And what I like most about them is that they’re really only 15 minutes long so that I can go to my next meeting. I definitely recommend DonorPerfect. It’s the most comprehensive sort of customer relations management system out there for nonprofits, because you will be able to get that 360 view so you’re able to really understand who your donors are, what their passions are, and then relate your mission to their passions, which we know will deepen engagement and raise your gifts.
